Tuna Sliders

This could easily be an appetizer or lunch. I had it for dinner and I loved it! I have already posted my No Mayo tuna salad and this pretty much is done the same way. It is super easy to throw together!

Tuna Sliders: (makes about 10-12 sliders)
1 can of tuna. (no added broths or ingredients)
Coconut Cream (reserved from the top of the can of canned coconut milk)
salt and pepper
Dill weed
Diced Onion
1 good sized cucumber

1.Open the can of tuna with a can opener and drain out all the water. Place drained tuna into a bowl.
2. Add desired amount of cream and mix together well with a fork.
3. Add desired amount of onion.
4. Add your desired amount of salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well. (Taste test of course)
5. Slice up your cucumber into thin round pieces. Not too thin. haha Make sure they are sturdy enough to not bend or flop when you pick them up.
6. Place a little bit of the tuna salad on each cucumber slice. Add a little more dill on top and then enjoy :)
Simple, easy, and delicious! This picture doesn't do it justice.
