Happy Halloween!

Halloween was fantastic this year. We didn't do anything outrageous but it was still very fun. Clayton and I have gotten really into the show Vampire Diaries haha so we decided we would be Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert for Halloween. We went out and bought vampire makeup/teeth kits. The make up kits were kind of a waste of money, and the teeth were a little big and ridiculous. I still wore mine just for the heck of it but I ended up doing our Vamp makeup with my own eye shadows and paintbrushes while using the fake blood that came in our kits. Had to get creative. But we turned out pretty cool looking. Jordan joined us and decided to be a vampire as well :) My brother was a ninja turtle. My sister gave him the most awesome costume that came from the Goodwill!! Andrea went out and bought a cute werewolf costume which ironically worked out very well with the vampire theme ;)

We all went out to a haunted house we had heard about called Heartstoppers. We have been to quite a few haunted houses and have started to feel like they are a waste of money. Nothing seems to be a real scare anymore but we thought we would give this place a shot. The first few haunted houses there were pretty good but the last one was super lame. Pretty much expected. If we could do the two good ones of the four over again, we would :) The makeup and costumes of the actors there were awesome though. Super fun to see it all and we took a picture with this scary guy who "greeted" people as they came in. The fact that it was alive was super scary. It wasnt a statue at all.

We ended up calling it a night after getting mcdonalds' mcflurries. Not too cool to be up too late on a work night :P
