Sure enough, it was the funnest appointment I have gone to. My grandma is just so awesome! I kind of have a quirky sense of humor and it is so refreshing when my grandma laughs just as hard at my jokes and joins in with me. I don't think we had one dull moment while we were there. We looked through home decorating magazines, and observed this guy there named Guy that we just couldn't stop making jokes over. She filled out a paper as well to be able to be in the same room with me for the scan. She sat there in a chair in the corner of the room and gave me a wink every time I looked up. I appreciated her support and concern for me. She had so many questions for me about how I felt when I was in the machine and she reminded me that it is kind of hard on me to have to do these things and to have to worry about what it happening inside me. I try to push those things aside and just accept it as my way of life and it was just refreshing to have someone there who made me feel loved and who had true concern for me.
Afterwards, she took me to lunch where we just chatted some more. I really look up to my grandma and how involved she is in her families lives. She always has someone to visit and she takes care of my grandpa so well. I love them so much, and I am grateful that she offered to join me at my appointment. It made it so pleasant and go by so much faster.
I find out about my results as soon as I get a call from my doctor. We will then know how I am doing. There could be scar tissue that needs to be removed. If I do need to have surgery, I want to get it done as soon as possible, so I can recover as soon as possible, so I can focus on our plans of becoming parents ;) that is right! We are anxious! Well at least I am haha

What a great way to get to spend time with your loved ones! We are always so busy. But many times we are busy waiting. Your grandma is a smart lady.
