Paleo/SCD Grilled PB and Banana Sandwich

I found this awesome paleo bread in the freezer bread section at Whole Foods! Seriously my favorite grocery store ever!
Paleo bread is all I can eat now because it is grain and dairy free :) I used it to make one of my favorites, Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich!

Grilled PB and Banana Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of paleo bread (or any bread of your liking)
Butter spread (I use Ghee or Coconut Oil)
Cinnamon
Organic all natural peanut butter
organic banana
Organic coconut oil.

Start heating up the coconut oil in a frying pan on medium heat. I spread some "butter" on one side of each slice of bread and sprinkled some cinnamon on top of the butter. On the other side, I spread peanut butter. (I spread on both halves). I cut up my banana and put one layer on just one slice of bread. Then I put the halves together and placed it on the frying pan. When the one side is cooked to your liking, flip the sandwich and cook the other side until its nice and toasty brown :) Super Easy and delicious! ENJOY!

it is super spongey. it isnt my favorite haha i think i am going to try making my own and find out what bread i like the best. the only way ill eat this bread is if it is toasted with peanut butter on it :)
