SO, here I am to update my fitness goal! I have totally already lost 6 lbs! YES, no joke :D It is crazy. I have done some workouts here and there but mostly, all I have needed to do is count my calorie intake. I downloaded the app Lose It on my iphone and It does all the work for you. You input your current weight, your goal weight, how many lbs you want to lose a week (1, 1 1/2, or 2) and then it tells you how many calories to eat daily. You input the food you eat and the exercises you do and it calculates the calories you take in and the calories your work off. I have already lost 6 lbs. I am figuring that a lot of the weight I was carrying was just from bloating and over eating. I have been drinking a lot of water too so I am peeing a lot more than before. I am feeling a lot more confident now and I am more motivated than ever before to keep watching what I eat and to stay active. Thank goodness I dont have a desk job :P
I wish I had taken a picture of me at my starting weight so I can start seeing the difference. oh well.
