My thoughts....

This month has been an interesting one. I feel so indifferent about it. I feel like this is the month that has been dragging by; the month before we find out about possible changes in our life. Clayton has been studying like crazy for CHP. Not sure if i have mentioned this before, but I have never seen him so stressed. I have been trying so hard to do the things that make his life easier right now: making sure the house stays clean, write him supportive notes on the mirror, making him breakfast, giving him massages etc!

Although I feel stress for my husband, I have truly felt so much joy this month. I have been working really hard on staying focused on my goals. Serving my husband is pretty much how I am fulfilling my serving others goal at the moment. I have noticed the difference of how my day goes when I start reading my scriptures in the morning and when I don't. I have been committed to saying my prayers every night instead of allowing myself to be too tired and falling asleep first. There are a few goals I haven't worked on yet but I think about them every day. I am proud of myself thus far and have felt so much happier!

The one thing that I need to get going on is working out. What do I need to do to get this done?!?!??!?! I feel like I need a personal trainer to force it out of me but I cant really afford it and deep down I am saying NOOOO to that one lol I feel like I can start by eating the healthy diet and stuff, but it is just sooo difficult when we dont have much money. We will go a week after paying bills with no healthy groceries cause I just dont have the money to go grocery shopping yet. PLUS I love food it is ridiculous! Ha So I am just gonna need to workout A LOT! I think i just need to break it down and type up the steps-

Steps to achieving my weight loss goal:
1. Hook up my wii fit (corny I know BUT it will help me keep track of my weight and see it all visually)
2. Print out my workouts and tape them to the pantry door.
3. Dont eat after 8 pm.
4. Go to bed by 10 pm (the latest) and wake up at 8am (the latest) to get my work out routine done before work.
5. Eat less by counting calories/ Drink a lot of water.
6. Dream body posted on the fridge and pantry door HA! hopefully that will work :P
7. Post my progress on this blog :)

Wish me luck!

Here are some of the workout routines I am going to try, if any one is interested :)
