I sorta have this bad habit of eating healthy and working out for about a week and then missing a few days which leads to a few weeks and I never get far enough to see results. :( it makes me sad. Yesterday, I decided that I am not allowing myself to do that anymore. I am going to stay motivated and dedicated to be healthier and to get in shape. I am going to have to take this day by day and not allow myself to get lazy or make excuses. I am also going on a no sweet diet as well. My goal is to continue this until my wedding day, August 20th. It is going to be tough because I am obsessed with treats and food in general. Sooooo, I have to do this for about 3 months :-/ I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
